Who we are

We care deeply about the ecosystems and landscapes of the American West. These places are home for us, and we are committed to cutting-edge stewardship of these places. Whether you have 1 acre or 10,000 acres we will help you design and implement lasting projects to meet your goals.

Trillium started as an idea in the summer of 2024 when three grad school friends (much like the three petals of a trillium), frustrated with the gap between researchers and practitioners sat down for a drink and vowed to make a difference. Through the ups and downs of our lives we have stayed true to our original commitment to bring the same level of rigor we employ in our academic research to our land management practice.

Our collective expertise covers the ecology and geography of Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California.
